What time is check-in/checkout?
Check-in is at 3:00PM. Check out is at 10:00AM.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in and/or after check-out?
Yes, we will keep luggage for guests prior to and after their stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
No show: 100% cancellation fee 1 Day Before Stay: 50% cancellation fee 2~14 Days Before Stay: 10~20% cancellation fee *Cancellation fee varies based on the number of guests on the reservation.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
Yes. Please contact us in advance. Make sure to label the date of your stay and name of the reservation on the luggage.
What credit cards are accepted?
JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UC, DC, UDF, Union Pay are accepted payment methods.
When do I pay?
Please settle your account at check-out.
Guest Rooms
What amenities are available?
All rooms have a TV, refrigerator, hand towels, tooth brushes, tooth paste, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, yukata (simple cotton robe), and razor.
Access/Parking
Do you have shuttle bus service?
A free shuttle bus is available between Owani Onsen Station and our hotel. Please contact the hotel to reserve in advance.
Do you have parking? Do I have to make reservations for parking?
We have free parking spaces that does not require reservations. We can accommodate 100 passenger cars and 20 coaches.
Will you keep my car key?
We do not keep car keys. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
Facilities
Is there internet access at the hotel?
We offer free Wi-Fi (South Tower and near main lobby). There is no password.
Do you have wheelchairs for rental?
We have three rental wheelchairs available. Please contact us to reserve it in advance.
Do you have laundry facilities?
The laundry room is on the 1F of the South Tower, near the entrance to the hot spring bath. Laundry: Free, Laundry Soap (vending machine): 100 yen
